Capsule Filler

This is a High Speed, Single Operator, semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine which is ideally suited for medium production runs of standard products or ‘difficult’ substances such as Herbal Formulations or Food Supplements Pharmaceutical powders & granules.

A high degree of automation enables outputs up to 28,800 Capsules/hour. depending on product and Capsule Size.

The Machine comprise of a closed Frame which houses the Drive Unit and Gear Train. It has a Stainless Steel top, which supports the Capsule Loading and Filling Stations. On the left at lower level is the Capsule Closing Station which works automatically.
